This document describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the webmari.pt website, in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and its transposition into Portuguese law. The use of analytics and marketing cookies is subject to your explicit and informed consent.

We classify cookies into three categories. Analytics and marketing categories are only activated with your consent.

These cookies are essential for the site's basic functioning and cannot be disabled. They do not store any personally identifiable information. They do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

2.2 — Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site, allowing us to improve the experience and performance. They are only activated if you give your consent. The data collected is aggregated and anonymized.
⚠️ Note: Currently the webmari.pt site does not yet use Google Analytics on public pages. This table documents the cookies that will be used once the service is activated, in order to be fully transparent.

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, based in the USA. Data is transferred to Google's servers based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
2.3 — Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Currently, the webmari.pt website does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Should any be implemented in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and your consent will be requested.
2.4 — Functionality and Third-Party Cookies
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). This service may send the visitor's IP address to Google to serve the font files. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of correctly displaying the site. To minimize impact, fonts are loaded in a non-blocking way.
No additional cookies are set on your device by this service.

Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
On your first visit to the site, you are shown a cookie banner that allows you to:
- Accept all cookies (necessary + analytics);
- Accept only strictly necessary cookies;
- Manage your preferences by category.
Your choice is stored in the webmari_consent cookie for 365 days. You can change your preferences at any time through the "Manage cookie preferences" link available in the site footer or in the panel above.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
Analytics cookies are not activated before you have given your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
Changes to This Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the cookies used, applicable legislation or services provided. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through a notice on the site.
